[451] harris and . Pasch. 1655. Bane. sup. To amend an old judgement. The Court was moved in the case of one Harris, that the entry of a judgement twelve years past might be amended upon the roll. But Eoll Chief lustice answered, It cannot be after so long time past. pasch. 1655. bang. sup. Day to inspect an infant. Vpon a writ of error brought to reverse a fine levied by an infant being a feme covert. The Court was moved for a day to bring in the party that levied the fine to be inspected by the Court, which was granted, and at the day she was brought into the Court, and viewed, and two witnesses deposed that she was within age at the time of the fine levied, which was entred upon the roll, upon which the issue was tryed. pasch. 1655. band. sup. Election. It was said by Roll Chief lustice, that if there be two kinsmen in equal degree of kindred to the intestate, it is in the election of the Ordinary to which of them he will grant letters of administration. pasch. 1655. bang. sup. Outlawry reversed. An outlawry was reversed, because the place where the County Court was held is not shewed in the secundo exactus. pasch. 1655. bang. sup.
