S. doit doner notice, auterment un grosse inconvenience ensueroit, quia il poet returner al ascun port en c terre, & latitare, issint que L'auter ne poet prerider notice de son return. Jones agree c caae. Mes, quant al principal case icy, il dit, que le plea est, que le party fuit ad hoc requisitus, & le request imply notice del marriage, quia il demand le money sur son marriage. Et le Court agree, que est sufficient notice per le request. Et adjournatur.
