1982 CHAPTER 2
An Act to enable Hugh Small and Norma Small to be
married to each other. [27th May 1982]
V17HEREAS—
(1) The late Mr. Small was married three times and there were
four children of his first marriage of whom three are still living
(the youngest being aged 30 years) and of whom Mr. Small is
the second child:
(2) There were no issue of the late Mr. Small's second marriage:
(3) Mrs. Small was the late Mr. Small's third wife (he being at
the date of their marriage, 12th October 1967, aged 58 years
and she being then a spinster aged 24 years):
(4) There were two issue of the marriage of the late Mr. Small
and of
Mrs.
Small and they are still living and aged 12 years and
10 years respectively:
(5) The marriage of the late Mr. Small and of
Mrs.
Small was
extremely happy and ended with the sudden death of the late
Mr. Small on 5th January 1981:
