'WHEREAS the Inclosure Commissioners forEngland and Wales have, in pursuance of ‘The Acts for the Inclosure, Exchange, and Improvement of Land,’ issued their Provisional Orders for and concerning the proposed Inclosures mentioned in the Schedule to this Act, and have in their Tenth Annual General Report certified their Opinion that such Inclosures would be expedient; but the same cannot be proceeded with without the previous Authority of Parliament:' Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty' by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows:

I. That the said several proposed Inclosures mentioned in the Schedule to this Act be proceeded with.

II. In citing this Act in other Acts of Parliament, and in legal Instruments, it shall be sufficient to use either the Expression ‘TheAnnual Inclosure Act, 1855,’ or ‘The Acts for the Inclosure, Exchange, and Improvement of Land.’
