In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984(a) and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf and having consulted such bodies as I consider appropriate, I hereby make the following order:—
Title and commencement
1. This order may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Scotland) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 8th November 1985.
Amendments
2. The Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Scotland) Order 1985(b) shall be amended as follows:—
(a) in article 5 (prohibition of fishing for lobsters) there shall be substituted in line three of that article for the numerals "58°57′.7" the numerals "58°55′.7", and for the words "(Ba Point)" the words "(Bu Point)";
(b) in the Schedule there shall be substituted—
(i) in column 2 of item 3 for the words "(Rubha Rhoda)" the words "(Rubha Rodha)";
(ii) in column 2 of item 10 for the words "07°07′.8 West longitude (Hushinish Point) to a point on North Uist at 57°35′.5" the words "07°06′.8 West longitude (Hushinish Point) to a point on North Uist at 57°39′.5";
(a) 1984 c. 26.
(b) S.I. 1985/962.
(iii) in column 2 of item 19 for the words "(Leap Ness)" the words "(Doolie Ness)";
(iv) in column 2 of item 22 for the words "02°00′.2 West longitude (the Border) at a bearing of 052° true." the words "02°02′ West longitude (the Border) at a bearing of 055° true.".
