The court is satisfied that the judgment debtor is the owner of or has a beneficial interest in the asset described in the schedule to this order (“the Schedule”).

- The interest of the judgment debtor in the asset described in the Schedule stand charged with payment of

(2) any further interest becoming due;
(3) the costs of the application.
- The Court will consider at am/pm on before Master in Hearing Room First Floor, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL whether the charge created by this order should continue or should be discharged
- The judgment creditor serve a copy of this order on
(1) the judgment debtor;
(2) the creditors of the judgment debtor, as listed in paragraph 6 of the application;
(3) the persons with an interest in the asset, as listed in paragraph 7 of the application.
