Isle of Man (Customs) Act, 1901.

(1 Edw. 7.) CHAPTER 32.

An Act to amend the Law with respect to Customs Duties in the Isle of Man.

[17th August 1901]

B E it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

S-1 Continuation of additional duties on tobacco, tea, spirits, ale and beer.

1 Continuation of additional duties on tobacco, tea, spirits, ale and beer.

1. The additional duties of Customs on tobacco, tea, and spirits removed or imported into the Isle of Man imposed by section one of the Isle of Man (Customs) Act, 1900, and the additional duty on ale and beer removed or imported into the Isle of Man imposed by the second paragraph of section two of that Act shall continue to be charged, levied and paid as from the first day of August one thousand nine hundred and one until the first day of August one thousand nine hundred and two.
