johnson's case. Johnson fuit sue en le Haut-Commission-Court, pur non reparacon del un Chancel. Et Banks move pur un prohibicon. [11] Quia primer nest un crime enormous, & de tiels crimes le Haut Commission Court prist solement conusance. Secondment entant le High-Commission Court ne allower un appeal; & per c le party icy navera le priviledge que auters special Courts allow (viz.) d'appeal et pur ceux reasons un prohibition fuit grant. Nota, Que apres le postea soit return quater jours sont done de parler en arrest del judgement per le course del Court. Doderidge dit, que en volunts le ecclesiastical ley prist notice solement del anno Dom. mes common ley del anno Regis.
