Upon trial at the Bar the question arose upon a key that was erected in Yarmouth, and destroyed by 888 PASCH. 23 CAE. BANCO REGIS ALEYN, 11. the bailiffs and burgesses of the town ; and Roll said, that if it were erected between the high water-mark and low water-mark then [11] it belonged to him that had the land adjoyning.
