IN COMMUNI BANCO 129 lieu assigne &c. p tout le ami, pur touts les barbits levant & couehant sur le Mannor &c, le Pit. replie, que le Def. tiel jour mise 200 barbits deina cost terre, & que ceux barbits fueront levant & couehant sur le Chantery fould, sur que le Defendant demurre. Crawley. Le declaration fuit general des barbits sans expresser le number, & pur ceo le Justificacon bon in generally : donq^ quant le replicacon eat de 200 barbits, & ne dit alias, eat male. Hutton. Nest directment mise que le Chantery terre nest peel del Mannor, & ore ne poiomus issint intender. Et ore per le demurrer est confesse. Richardson.
