IT IS ORDERED that:

1. the defendant as [executor] [administrator] of the above-named (name) deceased do pay the claimant the sum of £ and costs [summarily assessed in the sum of £ ] [to be the subject of a detailed assessment if not agreed] such sum and costs to be levied of the real and personal estate within the meaning of the Administration of Estates Act 1925 of the deceased at the time of his death in the hands of the defendant as [executor] [administrator] to be administered, if he has now or shall later have that much in his hands to be administered, and

2. if he has not that much in his hands to be administered, then as to those costs, to be levied of the goods, chattels and other property of the defendant authorised by law to be seized in execution (or as may be, according to the order made).
