THE JUVENILE OFFENDERS (SEPARATE REGISTER) (SCOTLAND) ORDER, 1934, DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1934, MADE BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE UNDER SECTION 132 (22) OF THE CHILDREN ACT, 1908 (8 EDW. 7. C. 67).

In pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Subsection (22) of Section 132 of the Children Act, 1908, as read with the Secretaries of State Act, 1926, the Secretary of State hereby directs as follows:—

1. The Separate Register of Juvenile Offenders found guilty of offences and of Juvenile Offenders discharged on bond or put on probation under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1907, and the Probation of Offenders (Scotland) Act, 1931, required to be kept under the Subsection (22) for every Summary Court by the Chief Constable or other person charged with the duty of keeping registers of convictions or findings of guilt shall apply to all offenders under the age of seventeen years, and shall include the particulars contained in the Schedule appended to this Order.

2. The Order as to the separate Register of Convicted Juvenile Offenders and of Juvenile Offenders discharged on bond or put on probation under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1907, made by the Secretary for Scotland on the 16th December, 1909,(a) is hereby revoked.

3. This Order may be cited as the Juvenile Offenders (Separate Register) (Scotland) Order, 1934.
