DECISION
The decision of the Upper Tribunal is to dismiss the appeal.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. This appeal arises from permission given by the Chamber President of the First-
tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber), Judge Alison McKenna, in respect of a
decision she had made on 10 July 2020 dismissing Mr Kayode’s appeal. Judge
McKenna gave Mr Kayode permission to appeal on all seven of his grounds of
appeal.
2. All parties agree that the appeal to the Upper Tribunal can be decided on the
papers, and I agree.
