Yorkshire
District of the Road from Keigh-
ley in the West Riding of the County of York
to Kirkby in Kendal in the County of
Westmore-
land,
and for making several Diversions therefrom,
within the said West Riding of the County of
York. [23d May 1823.]

HEREAS an Act was passed in the Twenty-sixth Year of the
Reign of King
George
the Second, intituled An Act for re- 26G.2. c.86.
pairing,
amending,
and widening the Road from Keighley in the
West Riding of
the
County of York to Kirkby in Kendal in the
County
of
Westmoreland : And whereas another Act was passed in the Eighteenth
Year of the Reign of His late Majesty King
George
the Third, intituled
An Act for
continuing
the Term and altering and enlarging the Powers of 18G.3.C.113.
an Act made in the Twenty-sixth Tear of
the
Reign of His late Majesty King
George the
Second,
intituled ' An Act for repairing, amending, and widen-
'ing the Road from Keighley in the West Riding of the
County
of York
« to Kirkby in Kendal in the County of Westmoreland:' And whereas
another Act was passed in the Thirtieth Year of the Reign of His said
late Majesty King George the Third, intituled An Act for continuing the

Term and altering and enlarging the Powers of certain Ads made for re-
pairing the Road from Keighley in the West Riding of the
County
of York
