An A61 for inclofing Lands in the Manor and Parifh
of Haddifcoej in the County of Norfolk.
[16th May 1804,]
HERE AS within the Manor and Parifh of Haddifcoey in the
County of Norfolk, there are feveral Pieces or Parcels of Com-
mon or Wafte Ground, lying difperfed in different Places, con-
taining together One hundred and eighty Acres, or thereabouts : And
whereas George Grimmer^ Gentleman, is Lord of the Manor of Haddifcoe,
within the laid Parifh : And whereas the Provoft'and Scholars of King's
College, Cambridge, are feifed of the perpetual Advowfon, Right of Pa-
tronage, and Prefcntation, of, in, and to the confolidated Re£tory of
Haddifcoe^ with Toft Monks annexed, and the Reverend Thomas Ellifon is
the prefent Reftor and Incumbent
thereof,
and as fuch is entitled to cer-
tain Glebe Lands lying within the faid Parifh of Haddifcoc; And whereas
the faid George Grimmer, John Grimmer, Gentleman, and divers other Per-
fons,
are Owners and Proprietors of all the Commonable MefTuages, Cot-
tages,
Tofts, Lands, and Hereditaments, fituate, lying, and being, within
the laid Pariih of Haddifcoe, and interefted in the faid Commons and
Wafte Grounds; and it would be of great Advantage to them, and they
are dtfirous thac the fame may be divided and incloied, and thac fpecific
Shares thereof may be afligned and allotted to and amongft the feveral
Perfons interefted therein, in Severalty, in lieu of fuch their Rights and
Interefts refpe&ively : But although fuch Divifion and Inclofure would be
a manifeft Advantage to all Perfons concerned, and would tend to the
