Introduction
[1] In each of these actions, the plaintiff seeks summary judgment pursuant to
Order 14 of the Rules of the Court of Judicature (NI) 1980 (‘the Rules’) to enforce an
award of an adjudicator, appointed following the emergence of a dispute in the
context of a construction contract.
[2] The court is grateful to counsel for their detailed written and focussed oral
