K., a milk producer, brought to an auxiliary creamery his milk to have its butter-fat separated and sent to a central creamery. He was paid according to the butter-fat content of his milk; skim milk was returned to him for his own use. As a holder of a producer's (Grade C.) licence K. was entitled to rations of feeding-stuffs, bonuses and other benefits. On 15th June, 1943, defendants served on K. a notice directing him to send all milk produced for sale to N., Ltd. He refused to comply and defendants revoked his producer's licence.
