The dependants of a deceased workman are entitled to compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Acts if the death of the deceased was caused by strain of work on a weakened arterial condition, even if the accident would not have happened had the workman not had the diseased condition. McFarlane v. Hutton Bros., Ltd.UNK20 B. W. C. C. 222 followed.
