WHEREAS
the
Mayor Aldermen and Councillors of tile Metropolitan
Borough

Rethnal Green (herein-after refeired to

require to purchase and take the lands described in the schedule hereto for
the purpose
of
providing
a
site
for
the erection
of
a
couiicil chamber
committee rooms and offices:
