OHAPTEE i.
An Act to confirm certain Provisional Orders of the Local
A.B.
1874.
Government Board relating to the Districts of Aberystwyth, ~
Carnarvon, Hurst, Nottingham, Penzance, and Tetbury.
[21st May 1874]
TTfHEREAS the Local Government Board have, as regards the
» ' several districts herein mentioned, made the Provisional
Orders set forth in the schedule hereunto annexed, under the
provisions of the Local Government Act, 1858, and the Public
Health Act, 1872, respectively:
And whereas it is requisite that the said Orders should be
confirmed by Parliament, and the provisions herein contained
should he enacted in reference to one of the said districts:
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty,
by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and
by the authority of the same, as follows:
