'WHEREAS by an Act passed in the present Session of Parliament, intituled England, it is, amongst other things, enacted and provided, that no Personhaving paid any Fine for not serving, in the Local Militia shall be liable to serve until the Expiration of Two Years from the Period of having paid such Fine: And whereas it is expedient that a similar Exemption from Serviceshould be allowed to Persons who have served personally in the Local Militia;' Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, That every Person who shall have served personally in the Local Militia, during the Period for which he may have been...
