DECISION
Dispensation from consultation is granted in respect of the agreement for the supply of electricity to the
common areas of the above-listed premises, save in respect of the requirements laid down in paragraph
8 of Schedule 1 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2004/684 the
duty on entering into an agreement.
For the reasons given below, the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal finds that it is reasonable to dispense with
all but one of the consultation requirements. This was the sole issue for the Tribunal to determine. It
makes no findings as to any other issues.
