(2) The Applicant’s contributions to the annual building insurance premium for the
Property for the years 2014 to 2022 were not payable.
(3) For the following service charge years, the amounts payable by the Applicant by way
of final service charge are as follows:
(a) 2014: £36.19
(b) 2015: £90.29
(c) 2016: £48.84
(d) 2017: £42.50
