The Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act (Commencement) Order 19588thDecember 1958
I, David, Viscount Kilmuir, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act, 1958(a), hereby order as follows:—
1. The Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act, 1958, shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1959.
2. This Order may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act (Commencement) Order, 1958.
