The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution: Substances Other than Oil) (Intervention) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 138A(1)(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act 19951, hereby makes the following Order:—

2. The substances prescribed for the purposes of section 138A of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (Application of sections 137 and 138 to substances other than oil) are those listed in the Schedule to this Order.
