The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 55AB of the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, as having effect by virtue of section two of the Emergency Laws (Repeal) Act, 1959(a), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of September, 1959; and may be cited as the Milk (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order, 1959.

2. The Milk (Northern Ireland) Order, 1958(b), shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule to this Order.

In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed this fourteenth day of August, nineteen hundred and fifty-nine.
