Ministers of the Crown (Treasury Secretaries) Act, 1947
(11 & 12 Geo. 6.) CHAPTER 5.
An Act to provide for the salary of an Economic Secretary to the Treasury, and to render the holder of that office capable of being elected to, and of sitting and voting in, the House of Commons.

Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Amendments of 1 Edw. 8. & 1 Geo. 6. c. 38.
1. The Ministers of the Crown Act, 1937, shall have effect subject to the following amendments, that is to say—
2 Short title.
2. This Act may be cited as theMinisters of the Crown (Treasury Secretaries) Act, 1947.
