An Act to confirm a Provisional Order of the Minister of
Housing and Local Government relating to Greater
London parks and open spaces. [27th July 1967]

HEREAS
under the provisions of section
87(3)
of
the
London
1963
c. 33.
Government Act 1963 the Minister of Housing and Local
Government as the appropriate Minister for the purposes
of the said section with respect to the matters to which the order
relates has made a Provisional Order which needs confirmation
by Parliament:
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty,
by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled,
and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1.
The order of the Minister of Housing and Local Government Confirmation
which, as amended is set out in the schedule to this Act
is
hereby

in
confirmed and shall have full validity and force. schedule.
2.
This Act may be cited as the Ministry of Housing and Local Short title.
