dismissal and accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
2 The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim of an
unlawful deduction from earnings and accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
3 The Claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a further complaint of
victimisation is permitted.
4 The Claimant’s claims of discrimination shall proceed to a full merits hearing.
