Introduction
[1] The mother is seeking to extend time to appeal against a decision of His
Honour Judge McGarrity (“Judge McGarrity”) at Craigavon Family Care Centre.
Judge McGarrity made several decisions in this matter and there is some confusion
as to which order is actually being appealed. Judge McGarrity granted a care order
