JUDGMENT
On the matters remitted from the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the Employment
Tribunal reaches the following further determinations;
1. The remitted complaint of indirect discrimination is dismissed, the Respondent
having demonstrated the defence of justification.
2. The remitted complaint of failing to make reasonable adjustments is also
dismissed.
3. The Respondent’s application for costs succeeds. Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the
Judgment of 6 November 2013 are reinstated.
