CourtEmployment Tribunal
Subject MatterUnlawful Deduction from Wages
Case Number: 1800018/2021
EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Claimant: Mr F Tesfa
Respondent: Halcyon Hygiene Limited
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.
REASONS
1. By a letter dated 15 April 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make
representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out
because the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 18 March
2021, and because the claim had not been actively pursued.
2. The claimant has not responded to the letter of 15 April 2021. He has failed to make
any representations or to request a hearing as to why the claim should not be struck
out. He has failed to give any indication that he will comply with the Tribunal’s Orders
or that he wishes to pursue the claim. The claim is therefore struck out.
