1. The application for reconsideration of the rejection of the claim for unfair
dismissal is allowed. The rejection is revoked and the claim is accepted.
2. The application to strike out the claims for notice pay, holiday pay and
unauthorised deductions from wages is refused.
3. All claims will proceed in accordance with the Case Management Orders made
today in a separate document.
