JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:-

1. there was no relevant transfer, in terms of the Transfer of Undertakings
(Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, to the respondent;
2. the claimant’s application to amend is refused;

3. the claim has no reasonable prospect of success and is struck out, in terms
of Rule 37 (1)(a) in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution
and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
