JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out for want of jurisdiction.
REASONS
The issues
1. The Claimant was a reservist with the Royal Navy between 11 July 2015
and 08 May 2021. He lodged this claim on 09 June 2021. The claim asserts
that the Claimant was subjected to harassment by reason of gender
reassignment. It also claims arrears of pay and other payments, but does
not set out what these claims are.
2. Members of the Armed Forces may bring discrimination claims to the
Employment Tribunal. However, S121 of the Equality Act 2010 first requires
the complainant to bring a Service Complaint:
