JUDGMENT BY CONSENT
The following complaints are dismissed upon withdrawal pursuant to rules 51 and 52 of
the Rules of Procedure:
(1) All and any complaints of indirect discrimination.
(2) The complaint of breach of the duty to make reasonable adjustments relating to
the Claimant’s grievance.
ORDER
1. The Respondent’s witness Claire O’Callaghan may be asked questions as part
of her evidence-in-chief about whether, and if so when and how, the Claimant
was provided with equipment recommended by Access to Work to which part of
the Claimant’s reasonable adjustments claim relates.
2. Reasons for the above order were given orally at the hearing. Written reasons
will not be provided unless asked for by a written request presented by any party
within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
