The judgment of the tribunal is that:
1 The third respondent Mr Marvin Rees is dismissed as a respondent from
these proceedings; and
2 With the exception of the six alleged detriments said to have arisen on 3
July 2020, the claimant’s claims for detriment on the ground of having made
protected public interest disclosures are all out of time and are all hereby
dismissed; and
3 These remaining claims are not struck out as having no reasonable
prospect of success, but they have little reasonable prospect of success and
are subject to the attached Deposit Order.
