JUDGMENT
The decision of the Tribunal is that:-
1. The complaint brought under section 44 Employment Rights Act
1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.
2. The complaint brought under the Working Time Regulations for
unpaid accrued annual leave is well founded and succeeds. The
respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the
sum of four hundred and fifteen pounds and thirty six pence
(£415.36p). This amounts to four days gross pay.
3. The complaint of unlawful deductions from wages is not well
founded and is dismissed.
