RESERVED JUDGMENT
Pursuant to a Preliminary Hearing
It is the Judgment of this Tribunal as follows:
1. The Claimant has pursued no claims under to the Employment Rights Act
1996.
2. The Respondent was not an employment service provider as defined at
Section 55 and 56 of the Equality Act 2010 and the Claimant was not
undertaking Vocational Training within the meaning of Section 56(2)(a) of
the Equality Act 2010.
3. The Claimant was not an employee of the Respondent as defined at
Section 83(2) of the Equality Act 2010.
The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims in this
action and they are dismissed in their entirety.
