EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Claimant: Mr Z Rehman
Respondent: Capital Retail Financial Services Ltd
JUDGMENT
All the claims are struck out.
REASONS
1. The claimant brings complaints in relation to holiday pay and complaints of
disability discrimination in relation to the condition costa condritus.
2. On 24 November 2023 Employment Judge Wade gave him the opportunity to set
out in writing why those complaints should not be struck out as having no
reasonable prospect of success, or to request a hearing. He was ordered to do so
by 15 December 2023. He has not sent any response to the Tribunal by that date
or at all. Those complaints are therefore struck out as having no reasonable
prospect of success.
3. On 24 November 2023 Employment Judge Wade also ordered the payment to pay
