JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:
1. The claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed. Because of
reg 4(1)-(3), liability for the dismissal passes to the transferee, the
second respondent.
2. The claimant’s claims for notice pay, unauthorised deduction
from wages and holiday pay succeed.
3. The claimant’s claim for compensation for failing to provide a
statement of employment particulars will be decided at a remedy
hearing.
4. A remedy hearing has been listed for one day on 6 November
2019.
