JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: -
1. The claimant was not continuously employed by the respondent for a
period of not less than two years ending with her effective date of

termination as required by section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996
in order to make a claim of unfair dismissal.
2. The tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine her claim which is therefore
dismissed.
