JUDGMENT
1. The Claimant’s claims in respect of notice pay and holiday pay were
brought outside the stipulated time limit, in circumstances where it was
reasonably practicable for the claims to have been brought within time.
Those claims are therefore dismissed.
2. The Claimant’s claim in respect of a statutory redundancy payment
succeeds, and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of
£1,633.86 in respect of that.
