RESERVED JUDGMENT
1. The respondents owe the claimant the sum of £4,763.96 in the form of unpaid
wages.
2. The respondents failed to permit the claimant to take the breaks during the
working day to which she was entitled as a result of regulations 10 and 12 of the
Working Time Regulations 1998 a nd must pay the claimant £1250.00 as
compensation for such failure.
3. The respondents owe the claimant £630.50 by way of accrued holiday pay.
4. The respondents failed to give the claimant a statement of particulars of
employment, or any itemised statements of her pay, contrary to sections 1 and 8
of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
5. The respondents must pay the claimant the sum of £1,600.00 as compensation
for the failure to give the claimant a statement satisfying the requirements of
section 1 of the ERA 1996.
