JUDGMENT
1. The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract succeeds. No award of
compensation is made.
2. The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages succeeds. The
Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant:
a. £35 by way of deduction for DBS costs; and
b. £659.83 by way of gross pay, from which tax and national insurance
is to be deducted.
3. The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay succeeds. The respondent is
ordered to pay to the Claimant £170.50 by way of gross pay, from which
tax and national insurance is to be deducted.
