The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5), 19, 27(2), 28(1), 28A, 105(7), 106(a) and 108(1) of and Schedule 1, paragraph 11(c) to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 31st March 2002.
Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002
2.—(1) The National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 20022are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In regulation 2(1) for “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1995” there is substituted “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19953”.
(3) In regulation 3(1) for “National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1995” there is substituted “National Health Service (General Medical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19954”.

These Regulations amend the National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 in order to correct citation errors within regulations 2(1) and 3(1).
Regulation 2(1) is amended to substitute the correct citation of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 and regulation 3(1) is amended to substitute the correct citation of the National Health Service (General Medical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995.
