On an objection by a landlord to the inclusion of lands in a provisional list, on the ground that the lands are not now substantially agricultural or pastoral or partly agricultural and partly pastoral in character, the Court must consider the character of the lands as at the passing of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925, unless, on the evidence before the Court the character of the lands is shown to have changed between the passing of the Act...
