TAKE NOTICE THAT:

(1) Proceedings have been begun in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice in accordance with the attached claim form

(2) You are or may be one of the persons who are interested in the [property] [trust property] to which the proceedings relate

(3) You may within 14 days after service of this notice acknowledge service of the claim form by completing the attached acknowledgement of service and handing it in at, or sending it by post to, the Issue Section, Ground Floor, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL and you will then become a party to the claim

(4) If you do not acknowledge service of the claim form within 14 days after service of this notice you will be bound by any judgment given in the claim as if you were a party to it.
