To all the parties
TAKE NOTICE that:
1. The court proposes, under rule 3.3(2), to make an order of its own initiative, namely (set out the order proposed).
You may, as a person likely to be affected by the order, make representations in respect of the order and its terms.
Any such representations must be made by 4p.m. on (date) and must be made by (set out the means by which the representations must be made).

2. The court proposes, under rule 3.3(3),
(a) to make an order of its own initiative, namely, (set out the order proposed); and
(b) to hold a hearing to decide whether to make the order.
