Note:
Payment must be made to the Court Funds Office, Glasgow G58 1AB or DX501757 Cowglen and
accompanied by a completed Form100 and a sealed copy of the order/judgment.
Do not take or send payments to the court which made the order - they will not be accepted. Cheques must
be made payable to ‘Accountant General of the Senior Courts’.
Copies of Form100 are available from the Court Funds Office or from www.justice.gov.uk/about/cfo
A copy of this notice must be sent to the other side and to the court when payment into court is made.
If the payment is to be treated as a payment in satisfaction, Form N242A Notice of payment into court
(in satisfaction - Part 36) should be used instead.
